JUDGMENT
THE Lieutenant BAILIFF:
1. For reasons that will follow in a judgment to be delivered in due course the trial will be before the Inferior Number on 11 March 2024 with a time estimate of 5 days. There will be a plea and directions hearing on a date to be fixed within 7 days of today's date.
2. The Defendant is remanded in custody in the meantime.
