REASONS
1. Default judgement was entered against the respondent on 8 September 2011 in respect of the claimant’s complaints of breach of contract and failure to pay wages – unauthorised deduction from wages.
2. I am satisfied from the evidence of the clamant that the sum of £1532.85 is due and owing to her by the respondent in respect of unpaid wages for the period 21 March 2011 to 20 April 2011.
3. This is a relevant decision for the purposes of the Industrial Tribunals (Interest) Order (Northern Ireland) 1990.
