CASE REF: 1705/10
CLAIMANT: Liam King
RESPONDENT: TBF Thompson (Garvagh) Ltd

1. Both the claimant and respondent have consented, in writing, to proceedings being disposed of without the need for hearing. The respondent has confirmed that liability is not in dispute and both parties have agreed that the claimant is entitled to the sum of £1,797.12 for unlawful deduction of wages. I therefore make an order for the claimant, against the respondent, in the sum of £1,797.12 for unlawful deduction of wages.
2. This is a relevant decision for the purposes of the Industrial Tribunals (Interest) Order (Northern Ireland) 1990.
