DECISION
The decision of the tribunal is that the claimant’s claim in respect of breach of contract is dismissed.

The claimant did not appear and was not represented.
The first-named respondent was represented by Mr M Hughes, Director.
1(i) The claimant did not appear. I am satisfied that he was given notice of these proceedings.
(ii) Mr Hughes, a director of the first-named respondent company appeared. However, no response had been entered by either respondent.
2. I dismiss the claimant’s claim. On the face of the papers it has been brought outside the statutory time-limit, and there is no evidence before me which would enable me to give consideration to exercising my discretion to extend time.
