DECISION
The decision of the tribunal is that the claimant is entitled to 12 weeks x £315.00 notice pay amounting to £3,780.00 together with 20.5 weeks x £409.09 redundancy payment (less £100.00 already paid), amounting to £8,286.35 and 4.6 days holiday pay x £63.00, amounting to £289.80 against the second-named respondent, totalling £12,356.15.
