DECISION

 

 

(A)      The claimant’s wages claim against Gold & Silver Exchange Ltd (“the Company”) is well-founded and it is ordered that the Company shall pay to the claimant the sum of £1,795 in respect of wages.

 

 

(B)      The claimant’s claim for notice pay against the Company is well-founded and it is ordered that the Company shall pay to the claimant the sum of £265             in respect of notice pay.

 

(C)     The claimant’s redundancy pay claim against the Company is well-founded and it is declared that the Company is liable to make a redundancy payment of £673 to the claimant.

 

(D)     The claimant’s claims against Mr Dennis Rogers were withdrawn during the hearing and accordingly those claims are dismissed.
