1. Neither party turned up for the hearing. On checking with Mrs Sheridan, who had been acting for the respondent, it was confirmed that the claimant had received all monies due and had agreed to withdraw the claim. The claimant had been supplied with a withdrawal form by the Labour Relations Agency. That had not been returned and the tribunal had not been notified by the claimant of his withdrawal.
2. The claim was therefore dismissed in its entirety.
