1(i) The effective date of termination of the claimant’s employment was 2 October 2014.
(ii) The claim of unfair dismissal is out of time.
(iii) I decline to exercise my discretion to extend the time for presenting the complaint. Having regard to all the evidence, I consider that there is no basis for me to do so.
