DECISION

 

 

(A)      The claimant’s holiday pay claim against Anise Trading Ltd (“Anise”) is well-founded and it is ordered that Anise shall pay to the claimant the sum of £57        in respect of holiday pay.

 

(B)      The claimant’s claim for notice pay against Anise is well-founded and it is ordered that Anise shall pay to the claimant the sum of £600 in respect of notice pay.

 

(C)     The claimant’s redundancy pay claim against Anise is well-founded and it is declared that Anise is liable to make a redundancy payment of £2,125 to the claimant.

 

(D)     The claimant’s claims against the other respondents are not well-founded and accordingly those claims are dismissed.

Multiplier (for redundancy pay): 12.5

 

  1. This is a relevant decision for the purposes of the Industrial Tribunals (Interest) Order (Northern Ireland) 1990.
