The claimant, Mr Maguire, appeared in person.

 

The respondent company was represented by Miss J Rodgers, its office manager.

 

 

1.         On a review of my decision in this matter, issued to the parties on 12 January       2016:-

 

            (a)       I revoke that decision.  I am satisfied that it is in the interests of justice to do                       so;

 

(b)       I order that the respondent company pay to the claimant the sum of £2368.00 in respect of unpaid wages for August 2015 and 1-4 September 2015; and

 

(c)       I dismiss the claimant’s claims in respect of wages for the last two days of June 2015, holiday pay, and for expenses allegedly owing to him which were incurred in the course of his employment.

 

2.         This is a relevant decision for the purposes of the Industrial Tribunals (Interest) Order (Northern Ireland) 1990.
