THE INDUSTRIAL TRIBUNALS

CASE REF: 1700/18

CLAIMANT: Haroldo William De Souza

RESPONDENT: Alan Boyce & Others

DEFAULT JUDGEMENT

The relevant time limit for presenting a response has expired. No response has been presented by the respondent Alan Boyce ("Mr Boyce"). I have decided to determine the following claims against Mr Boyce without a hearing. I determine as follows:

(A)          The claimant's wages claim is well-founded. It is ordered that Mr Boyce shall pay to the claimant the sum of £100 in respect of wages.

(B)          The claimant's holiday pay claim is well-founded. It is ordered that Mr Boyce shall pay to the claimant the sum of £350 in respect of holiday pay.

(C)          The claimant's notice pay claim is well-founded. It is ordered that Mr Boyce shall pay to the claimant the sum of £220 in respect of notice pay.

This is a relevant decision for the purposes of the Industrial Tribunals (Interest) Order (Northern Ireland) 1990.
