(A) The claimant’s wages claim is well-founded and t is ordered that the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £ 22.50 in respect of wages.
(B) The claimant’s holiday pay claim is well-founded and t is ordered that the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £ 62 in respect of holiday pay.
(C) The claimant’s notice pay claim is well-founded and t is ordered that the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £ 120 in respect of notice pay.

REASONS
1. I announced my decision at the end of the hearing. At the same time, I gave brief oral reasons for that decision.
2. I was satisfied that the proper title of the respondent is “Petra Demeova t/a Diamond Cleaning NI” and the title of these proceedings has been amended accordingly.
3. This is a relevant decision for the purposes of the Industrial Tribunals (Interest) Order (Northern Ireland) 1990.
