DECISION ON A PRE-HEARING REVIEW
The decision of the tribunal is that
the claimant is granted leave to amend section 7.1(e) and section 7.4 of his claim form.

1. This case was listed for a Pre-Hearing Review to determine whether the claimant should be given leave to amend his claim form in the following manner:
Section 7.1(e) - add "I claim further or in the alternative automatic unfair dismissal following the making of qualifying, protected disclosures."
Section 7.4 - After "issues in the factory that I have explained to them", add - "I believe that I have been dismissed for raising these issues."
2. The tribunal having heard submissions from the parties' representatives decided that the proposed amendments to the claim form should be allowed for reasons given at the hearing.
3. Any amended response must be lodged within 21 days of this decision.
