By consent a decree is entered in favour of the claimant in the amount of £642.08 in satisfaction of his claims for holiday pay and notice pay.  The respondent also indicated that it will not be making any claim for costs against the claimant.

2.         The respondent agreed to pay to the claimant £642.08 in satisfaction of his claims for holiday pay and notice pay. 

 

3.         The respondent indicated that it would not be seeking any costs against the claimant. 

 

4.         This is a relevant decision for the purposes of the Industrial Tribunals (Interest) Order (Northern Ireland) 1990.
