1. The parties reached an agreed position in relation to third party Discovery.
2. By agreement the claimant will provide to the respondents no later than 5.00 pm on 17 June 2019 those documents identified in paragraphs 3(a) to (d) of the Case Management Discussion record of the Case Management on 30 October 2018. The claimant will also provide in respect of paragraph 3(d) vouching documentation such as invoices.
