The claimant has withdrawn her complaints of Unfair Dismissal, Failure to Pay Wages / Unauthorised Deduction From Wages, Breach of Contract (Holiday Pay & Arrears of Pay) and Right to Paid Annual Leave (W.T.R) at a preliminary hearing held on 23 November 2020 and they are dismissed.
