JUDGMENT
The Claim bearing the case reference number set out above is hereby struck out under Rule 32(1)(d) of the Industrial Tribunals and Fair Employment Tribunal (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2020 because it has not been actively pursued by the claimant.
The claimant failed to give any reasons as to why such a decision should not be made despite having been warned, and given the opportunity to give any such reasons, by Notice set out in a Record of Proceedings dated 11 October 2021, which said Record of Proceedings was emailed to the claimant on 15th October 2021.
