JUDGMENT
The judgment of the tribunal, delivered in an oral decision with reasons at the end of the hearing, is that the claimant is refused leave to amend his claim to include a failure to be provided with itemised pay statements pursuant to Article 40 of the Employment Rights (Northern Ireland) order 1996.
