AGRICULTURE (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1965 - SECT 18 

Regulation of manufacture of dairy ice-cream.

18.(1) The Marketing of Milk Products Act (Northern Ireland) 1958 (which
contains provisions as to the licensing of persons manufacturing milk
products, the registration of premises used for such manufacture and the
maintenance of proper standards of quality of such products) shall apply to
dairy ice-cream in like manner as it applies to milk products and accordingly
... residue amends ss.5, 16 of 1958 c.31 (NI); subs.(2) rep. by SLR 1973.

S.19 amends Pts.I, III of 1962 c.13 (NI)
