AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE (MEAT REGULATION AND PIG INDUSTRY) ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1962 - SECT 20

Regulations.

20.(1) The Ministry may make regulations prescribing anything which under
this Act is to or may be prescribed and anything necessary or expedient for
giving full effect to the provisions of this Act.

(2) Regulations made under this Act shall, so far as they relate to matters
which may be dealt with by regulations made under the Food and Drugs Act
(Northern Ireland), 1958, be made with the concurrence of the Ministry of
Health and Local Government.

(3) All regulations made under this Act other than regulations under
sub-section (3) of section nine shall be subject to negative resolution.
