COUNTY COURTS (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1980 - SECT 56



56.(1) An affidavit to be used in a county court may be sworn before the
judge, a circuit registrar, a commissioner for oaths, a justice of the peace
or any officer of the court designated for the purpose by the Lord Chancellor.

(2) An affidavit sworn before a judge or any officer may be sworn without
payment of any fee.
