COUNTY COURTS (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1980 - SECT 62

62.(1) The High Court may, upon the application of a party, state a case for
the opinion of the Court of Appeal upon a point of law arising on an appeal
under Article 60.

(2) The decision of the Court of Appeal upon a case stated under this Article
shall be final.
