COMPANIES (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1978 - SECT 150

150. An answer given by a person to a question put to him in exercise of
powers conferred by

(a)section 161 of the principal Act (as originally enacted or as applied by
section 165A of that Act or Article 43); or

(b)winding-up rules made under section 317 of the principal Act for carrying
into effect the objects of the Companies Acts so far as relates to the winding
up of companies;
