COURT OF PROBATE ACT (IRELAND) 1859 - LONG TITLE

An Act to amend the Law relating to Probates and Letters of
Administration in Ireland.
[13th August 1859]
The Act, with the exception of the provisions referred to below,
has been repealed; for repealing authorities see the Chronological
Table of the Statutes (NI)

Short title.

COURT OF PROBATE ACT (IRELAND) 1859 - SECT 36

36. In citing this Act in any instrument, document, or proceeding,
it shall be sufficient to use the expression "Court of Probate Act
(Ireland), 1859."
