- LONG TITLE

An Act to amend the Development of Tourist Traffic Act (Northern
Ireland), 1948, and for purposes connected with that matter.

- SECT 12
Short title, construction and citation.

12.(1) This Act may be cited as the Development of Tourist Traffic
(Amendment) Act (Northern Ireland), 1952.

(2) This Act shall be construed as one with the Development of
Tourist Traffic Act (Northern Ireland), 1948; and that Act and this
Act may be cited together as the Development of Tourist Traffic
Acts (Northern Ireland), 1948 and 1952.
