EDUCATION AND LIBRARIES (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1972 - SECT 115 



115.(1) In this Part and Schedules 13 and 14

"the Council" has the meaning assigned to it by Article 108(1);

"the C.S.E. Board" has the meaning assigned to it by Article 111(1)(b);

"the G.C.E. Board" has the meaning assigned to it by Article 111(1)(a);

"financial year" except in Article 113, means a period of twelve months ending
on such date as the Council may, with the approval of the Ministry, determine.

(2) The Ministry may, by an order made subject to affirmative resolution,
amend, whether by addition, omission or variation, any provision contained in
Schedule 13 or 14.
