FINANCE (COMPANIES' STAMP DUTY) ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1936 FINANCE (COMPANIES' STAMP DUTY) ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1936 - LONG TITLE An Act to amend the law relating to relief from capital stamp duty and transfer stamp duty in the case of reconstructions or amalgamations of companies, and to grant relief from transfer stamp duty in the case of the transfer of property as between associated companies. [12th November 1936] S.1 (rep. in pt. by 1973 NI18 art.16 sch.4) amends s.4 of 1928 c.9 (NI). S.2 rep. by 1954 c.3 (NI) s.12 sch. S.3 rep. by 1954 c.33 (NI) s.48(1) sch. FINANCE (COMPANIES' STAMP DUTY) ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1936 - SECT 4 Short title. 4. This Act may be cited as the Finance (Companies' Stamp Duty) Act (Northern Ireland), 1936.
