GUN BARREL PROOF ACT 1868 - SECT 120

Act not to apply to barrels above specified size.

120. Provided always, that this Act shall not apply to any barrel adapted for
the discharge of a ball of a greater weight than one pound and three quarters,
or to any barrel of a bore exceeding in every part thereof the diameter of two
inches.
