HEALTH AND PERSONAL SOCIAL SERVICES (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1972 - SECT 26 



26.(1) There shall be established a body to be called the Northern Ireland
Central Services Agency for the Health and Social Services (in this Order
referred to as "the Agency").

(2) The constitution of the Agency shall be as provided in that behalf in Part
I of Schedule 3, and the supplementary provisions contained in Part II of that
Schedule shall have effect with respect to the Agency.
