HEALTH AND PERSONAL SOCIAL SERVICES (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1972 - SECT 51

51. If the Ministry is satisfied, after such investigation as it thinks fit,
that any list prepared under this Order

(a)of medical practitioners undertaking to provide general medical services;
or

(b)of dental practitioners undertaking to provide general dental services; or

(c)of persons undertaking to provide general ophthalmic services; or

(d)of persons undertaking to provide pharmaceutical services; or

(e)of persons undertaking to provide any other services;
