HEALTH AND PERSONAL SOCIAL SERVICES (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1972 - SECT 16

16.(1) The Ministry shall by order establish bodies to be called Health and
Social Services Boards, for such areas as it may by order determine.

(2) An order under paragraph (1) determining the area of any Health and Social
Services Board may include in the area any waters forming part of a port
established for the purposes of the enactments relating to the customs of the
United Kingdom and abutting on that area.

(3) The constitution of a Health and Social Services Board shall be as
provided in that behalf in Part I of Schedule 1 and the supplementary
provisions contained in Part II of that Schedule shall have effect with
respect to a Health and Social Services Board.
