HEALTH AND PERSONAL SOCIAL SERVICES (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1972 - SECT 95



95. Where a right to choose the person by whom services are to be provided
under this Order is conferred by or under any provision of this Order, that
right shall, in the case of such persons as may be prescribed, be exercisable
on their behalf by other prescribed persons.
