HEALTH AND PERSONAL SOCIAL SERVICES (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1972 - SECT 98 



98.(1) The services provided under this Order shall be free of charge, except
where any provision contained in or made under this Order expressly provides
for the making and recovery of charges.

(2) The provisions of Schedule 15 shall have effect in relation to the making
and recovery of certain charges and to the other matters mentioned in that
Schedule.
