INDUSTRIAL AND PROVIDENT SOCIETIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1969 - SECT 86

Holding of land by credit unions.

86.(1) A credit union may acquire land solely for the purpose of conducting
the business of the credit union thereon and may hold any land so acquired but
shall not otherwise acquire or hold any land.

(2) A credit union may dispose of any land held by it.
