LANDED PROPERTY IMPROVEMENT (IRELAND) ACT 1866 - LONG TITLE

An Act to secure the Repayment of Public Moneys advanced for the
Drainage and Improvement of Lands and other like Objects in
Ireland.{1}

LANDED PROPERTY IMPROVEMENT (IRELAND) ACT 1866 - SECT 3
S.62 of 1858 c.72 to apply to all charges made under Acts
authorizing issue of public money.

3. The sixty-second section of the Landed Estates Court (Ireland)
Act, 1858, shall apply to and include all charges made or to be
made by virtue of any Act authorizing the advance of public money
upon the security of lands in Ireland.
