MALONE AND WHITEABBEY TRAINING SCHOOLS ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND)1956 - SECT 8

8. Subject to the provisions of sections nine and ten the numbers, grades,
remuneration and conditions of employment of members of the staff of the Board
shall be such as the Board, with the approval of the Ministry, may determine.
