MAGISTRATES' COURTS ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1964 - SECT 166

Adjournment.

166. Where in proceedings before a magistrates' court the complainant is a
member of the Royal Ulster Constabulary, the court may allow an officer or a
head constable of the Royal Ulster Constabulary to conduct proceedings on
behalf of the complainant.
