MILITARY LANDS ACT 1897 - SECT 1

1. The powers of a volunteer corps to borrow, ... shall extend to the
borrowing ... of such money as may be required for the purchase, erection,
construction, alteration, or enlargement of any building or permanent work for
the purposes of a volunteer corps, or for the repayment of a loan raised for
any such purpose.
