MINISTERIAL SALARIES AND MEMBERS' PENSIONS ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1965 - SECT 18

Interpretation.

18. In this Act

"actuary" means a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries or a Fellow of the
Faculty of Actuaries in Scotland;

"the Fund" has the meaning assigned to it by section 3(2);

"the Ministry" has the meaning assigned to it by section 3(2).
