76.Subs.(1) rep. by SLR 1976; subs.(2) rep. by SRO (NI) 1973/211

(3) Any expenses incurred by [the fire authority] under this Act shall be
defrayed as if those expenses had been incurred under the [Fire Services Act
(Northern Ireland) 1969].
