PUBLIC ORDER (AMENDMENT) ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1971 - LONG TITLE

An Act to amend the Public Order Act (Northern Ireland) 1951 with
respect to public processions and meetings, and for purposes
connected therewith.
[1st April 1971]
S.1 amends s.1 of 1951 c.19 (NI). S.2(1)(2) amend s.2 of 1951 c.19
(NI); subs.(3) rep. by 1973 c.53 s.31 sch.5. S.3 inserts s.2A in
1951 c.19 (NI)

Short title and citation.

PUBLIC ORDER (AMENDMENT) ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1971 - SECT 4

4.(1) This Act may be cited as the Public Order (Amendment) Act
(Northern Ireland) 1971.

(2) This Act and the Public Order Acts (Northern Ireland) 1951 and
1970 may be cited together as the Public Order Acts (Northern
Ireland) 1951 to 1971.
