SHOPS ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1946 - SECT 17

Intervals for meals.

17. Every person employed in or about the business of a shop shall be allowed
intervals for meals in accordance with the Fourth Schedule to this Act:

Provided that this provision shall not apply to a shop if the only persons
employed therein are members of the family of the occupier of the shop
maintained by him and dwelling in his house.
