[25th April 1967] This Act has been repealed except for sections 38(1) and 45(1) which are reproduced below (see 1981 NI 10 art.54(2) sch.11) WEIGHTS AND MEASURES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1967 - SECT 38 Fees under section 20 of the Petroleum (Consolidation) Act (Northern Ireland) 1929. 38.(1) Subject to subsection (2), such fees shall be payable under section 20 of the Petroleum (Consolidation) Act (Northern Ireland) 1929 in respect of tests of apparatus under that section as the Ministry, with the approval of the Ministry of Finance, may determine; and accordingly ... residue amends s.20 of, and sch.2 to, 1929 c.13 (NI) WEIGHTS AND MEASURES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1967 - SECT 45 Short title. 45.(1) This Act may be cited as the Weights and Measures Act (Northern Ireland) 1967.
