1. This Order may be cited as the Pig Production Development (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 1973 -� Commencement -�

InterpretationN.I.

2. The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954 [1954 c.33] shall apply to Articles 1 and 3 as it applies to an Act of the Parliament of Northern Ireland.

Increase in limit on levy payable in respect of pigs sold to the Pigs Marketing Board.N.I.

3. The limit imposed by section 4(1) of the Pig Production Development Act (Northern Ireland) 1964 [1964 c.25] on the amount of the levy payable under that section in respect of each pig sold to the Pigs Marketing Board shall be increased to twenty pence and accordingly -� residue amends s.4 of 1964 c.25 (NI)
