The Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Amendment) (Test Fees) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2001[5] and the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Amendment No. 2) (Test Fees) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2001[6] are hereby revoked.

The fee for a test, other than an extended test, for vehicles in categories A1, B1 (other than B1 invalid carriages) P and A remains unchanged at £45·00 for a test commencing during normal hours and £57·00 for a test commencing out of hours.
The fee for an extended driving test during normal hours for a vehicle in category A remains unchanged at £90·00.
The fee for a theory test in respect of any category of motor vehicle is increased from £17·00 to £18·00.
