Coming into operation
1st April 2008
1. This Order may be cited as the Pig Production Development (Levy) Revocation Order (Northern Ireland) 2007 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2008.
2. The Pig Production Development (Levy) Order (Northern Ireland) 1996 (3) is revoked.

This Order revokes the Pig Production Development (Levy) Order (Northern Ireland) 1996 with effect from 31 March 2008. The Pig Production Development Committee (Winding Up) Order (Northern Ireland) 2007 (SR (NI) 2007 No 354) provides for the dissolution of the Committee on the same date.
