Coming into operation
1st April 2008
1. These Regulations may be cited as The Street Works (Inspection Fees) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2008 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2008.
2. In regulation 3(1) of The Street Works (Inspection Fees) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005(4) (fees, chargeable inspections, units of inspection, phases of works and estimated numbers of units of inspection) for "£24.00" there shall be substituted "£25.00".

These Regulations amend The Street Works (Inspection Fees) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 by increasing the fee prescribed for each chargeable inspection from £24.00 to £25.00.
