Subject_Expenses.— Headnote:

Special case as to servants' wages, in which, on a reclaiming note as to the point of expenses, the Court adhered to an interlocutor of the Lord Ordinary, decerning in favour of the pursuer for a sum of modified expenses,

Lord Glenlee observing, that the Lord Ordinary's finding as to expenses of process ought always to be adhered to, unless the Court took a very strong and decided contrary view.
