The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by section 37(1) of the National Parks (Scotland) Act 2000[1] and all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order: Citation 1. This Order may be cited as the National Parks (Scotland) Act 2000 (Commencement) Order 2000. Appointed day 2. The day appointed for the coming into force of the National Parks (Scotland) Act 2000 is 8th September 2000.
