LOCAL GOVERNMENT

The Scottish Network 1 Tourist Board Scheme Amendment Order 2004

  Made 28th October 2004 
  Coming into force 1st December 2004 

The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 173 of the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994[1] and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf and after consulting the Scottish Tourist Board, and all local authorities whose areas lie within the area of the Scottish Network 1 Tourist Board in accordance with section 173(4)(a) of that Act hereby make the following Order:

Citation and commencement
     1. This Order may be cited as the Scottish Network 1 Tourist Board Scheme Amendment Order 2004 and shall come into force on 1st December 2004.

2. In paragraph 11 of Schedule 1 to The Scottish Network 1 Tourist Board Scheme Order 2004[2], for "exciting" substitute "existing".

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the Order)


This Order amends the Scottish Network 1 Tourist Board Scheme 2004 ("the scheme") set out in Schedule 1 to The Scottish Network 1 Tourist Board Scheme Order 2004 (S.S.I. 2004/396).

The Order corrects a typographical error in paragraph 11 of the scheme.
